Lester sends emails to the entire student body inviting them to a BYOB party at his house because his parents aren't here, then he get in trouble in school. He objects saying that his emails are "personal business," but is it appropriate for school? Is this ethical or unethical behavior?
I think this is unethical behavior because when your in school, you can only send out schoolwork ONLY. At home, maybe your parents may let you do other stuff, like go to YouTube and MySpace. If you were to have ethical behavior, he will either send the message from home, NOT send the message at all, or be the adult and say it was him and he will never do it again.

This is how I will manage my time to complete my process journal:
I will work on it during tech class Monday--Friday ( except on Wednesdays). I also have a PC at home and I can work on it after school and an the weekends. I will concentrate on what I have to work on, both in school and at home. I plan on working 1 hour in school (that the time they give us for tech), and 2 & 1/2 hours at home. I will work on it until Oct. 31 2008 (due day!!).

Every time Abner posts a comment to a newsgroup, his posts are flamed by a group of "enemies." Abner has responded to each flame in turn, and a full scale war is now in progress.
What I think Abner should do is not pay attention to the enemies, maybe not even send posts to the newsgroup for a period of time. Maybe in about 2 weeks the messages will start to be less aggressive and violent. I have had personal experience on flamed posts, I just payed no attention to them and the messages stopped coming.

I think that my process journal and final project were very well done and very understandable for kids in the 5Th-9Th grade. My process journal was a success, Ms.Hinojosa thought it was very creative. I also did a blueprint of my idea of how the final project was going to look. It (the blueprint) was very detailed and described how the final project was going to look like. My final project was a little different than I expected, but it was really cool when I finished. If I where Ms. Hinojosa, I will give myself a 98% because it had imperfections, misspellings and grammar.
Jules has walked away from her computer in the lab, without logging off. Later, Trish sits down and, still logged on as Jules, sends inappropriate messages out to a number of students and sends similar messages on the class newsgroup.
I believe the mistake that Jules made was NOT logging off from her page or computer and knowing that there will be another person when she leaves. The mistake Trish made was not checking if another person was still logged on to the computer, AND sending inappropriate messages even though she might have noticed it was another person's (Jule's) page or log. Yet BOTH of them made big mistakes. Next time, both should check if they logged of and if another person is still logged on.
